Association management is a field and a career of its own. Non-profit organizations, professional societies, and foundations of all sizes - local, national and international - have a common need to run their organizations. Some are large enough to have their own employees; others are small and rely solely on volunteers. But a large number are in between. They need help but can’t afford staff of their own.
